Book us
Once you’re happy with our quote, sign a contract with us to kick-start our joint project. At this point you don’t need to decide what it’s going to be and look like. All it matters is that from now on you won’t worry about anything. We’ll take care of designing, renovating and furnishing your dream home.
Project sign off
It’s time to decide on detailed scope, timelines and budget. If you opt for a designer, we will walk you through the whole designing process. You can pick and choose from whatever materials, furniture, appliances, accessories, lighting… You have a final say in every detail or you can leave it all to us. We will negotiate the best available deals.
Monitor the progress
Just think that throughout entire process you don’t have to show up on-site not even once (unless you want to). On My Account you can monitor work progress, control your budget and even watch live video from the site. Most importantly, your account manager will work for you to keep your agreed timelines, budget and quality.
Collect the keys
Before you collect the keys to your completed home, we will run a number of handovers for you. We will make sure everything is executed in line with the design and best practice. We will implement any comments or requests you make on the way before the final handover. At the end you can just enjoy your new home.
